What we believe

Modern advances in pediatric treatment bring real hope to children and families. But because children may receive treatments during critical stages of growth and development, it is essential that safety evaluation considers not only what is known today, but what may emerge over time.

Rigor and access aren’t in conflict. We believe children, parents, and caregivers deserve more treatment options,
not fewer, and that every one of those options should be supported by rigorous evidence and evaluated with the appropriate clinical and scientific expertise.

We’re working to ensure that existing pediatric safety standards are rigorously applied, particularly when potential risks may not be fully captured by clinical trial evidence.

Pillars for Supporting and Protecting Vulnerable Patients

Children are in a continuous state of growth, meaning their physiological and central nervous system development is highly sensitive to early therapeutic exposure. Protecting these patients requires clinical frameworks that prioritize their unique biological vulnerabilities and explicitly account for how a medication might alter long-term growth and development.

Who We Are

A coalition of experts and advocates committed to advancing safe, effective pediatric treatments grounded in rigorous clinical evidence and informed by the expertise needed to understand potential risks over time.
